Fun Weekend and Easy Yummy Cookies

So I went to a Tucson Toros game for the first time. They are a less than minor league baseball team. It was funny to see what kind of people were in the audience. Tickets are $6 general admission, and people spend more on hot dogs and beer than their admission. I went with Jeremy and his IBM work friends. Fun! Here we are at the game. My hair has gotten so long, geez!
I am happiest when I am with him. :)
Anyway, I was bored Friday afternoon and looked around Jeremy's kitchen for what I could whip up for his friends to munch before the baseball game. So I decided to make some delicious cookies! They are super easy and very versatile. You can be creative.

Ingredients:

Any box of cake mix you like
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
oven
metal pan
any chips/extras you would like
(I used a yellow cake mix and brown sugar, Fabulous!)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
combine ingredients

In a second batch I added brown sugar to the dough itself

arrange spoonfuls on baking pan
(I topped mine with brown sugar, MMM)

bake 10 min

savor in the delight of cookies that taste like cake!
